Producer-DJ, vocalist-visual artist Michelle Xen and producer-DJ, MC John Teh form the surreal avant-pop group, Edge of Colour. They create a lush and energetic stage show bringing together live-looped vocals, surreal costuming, symphonic pop dance beats and hypercolour video. Somewhere between Bjork, The Presets, Moloko and Empire of the Sun, Edge of Colour are making new forms and sounds for their beloved dancefloor.
Edge of Colour launched with a swift rise up the triple j Unearthed Charts with favourites ‘Glimmer’, ‘Sweet’ and ‘World Orchestra’. They followed it up with a string of buzzing gigs and a killer debut EP release, ‘Glimmer’.
